What does Choices actually output?
Every project produces: semantic evidence clusters, ranked opportunities with scores, full PRDs (problem, metrics, user stories, UX, schema, risks), sprint task breakdowns, and a Mission Control chat that persists everything.
What integrations ship today?
Linear (export spec tasks as real issues via the GraphQL API) and Markdown (copy any PRD to clipboard in one click). More integrations are in the roadmap — we ship what we can verify end-to-end, nothing else.
How is evidence handled?
You upload PDFs, paste URLs, or drop in notes. Choices extracts quotes, deduplicates by content hash, clusters them semantically, and keeps a citation trail on every downstream artifact.
How is it different from ChatGPT with a PM prompt?
Choices is a structured product-ops surface: opportunities, specs, sprints, and Mission Control are real data models with their own UI, scoring, and evidence graph. You never start from a blank prompt.
